DSW, OLD NAVY, RALLY HOUSE AMONG STORES COMING TO COSTCO, WHOLE FOODS SHOPPING CENTER
EASTON, PA (April 1, 2015) - Hamilton Crossings developers this week named four new retailers that will be part of the Lehigh County shopping center.

One of them, Rally House, will be another Lehigh Valley first. The Lenexa, Kansas-based specialty sports apparel chain has stores in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but the closest locations are in Collegeville and Moorestown, respectively.

Hamilton Crossings also will be home to the region's first Costco, Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack, as well as its fifth Target.

Developers also announced that Designer Shoe Warehouse, or DSW, Five Below and Old Navy would be part of the Lower Macungie Township shopping center's retail mix. The only other DSW in the region is at Airport Center plaza in Hanover Township, Lehigh County. The Lehigh Valley already has three and five Old Navy and Five Below stores, respectively.

Dick's Sporting Goods, Pier 1 Imports, Ulta are among the retailers developers confirmed are coming to the shopping center. PetSmart has been mentioned as a likely tenant, too.

Once complete, Hamilton Crossings will have 33 tenants, including six to eight restaurants. Construction on the $140 million, 570,000-square-foot complex off Krocks Road between the Route 222 Bypass and Hamilton Boulevard began this week.

The shopping center is slated to open in July 2016.
