This role is critical as it brings our family vision to our customers every day. The key responsibilities of Store Managers are:
- Product and Customer Management: Handling and overseeing all day-to-day processes carried out in the store. Managing product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, sales, etc.
- Recruitment and Associate Training: Hiring, training and developing store staff in order to increase sales and serve consumers in the best manner.
- Motivating and Team Building.
- Training and Development: Train store staff on sales standards. Set weekly goals for each Sales Associate. Track progress with sales staff; coach staff as needed.
- Store Operations Support: Assist the Store Manager with any operational tasks such as payroll, sales objectives, customer service, loss prevention and merchandising.
Manager in Training:
A Manager in Training is a retail staff position for individuals identified as having great leadership skills and potential. This role is designed to provide associates with accelerated advancement within the company. Employees in this role are eligible to apply for Assistant Manager positions as well as receive priority opportunities to interview for available positions in our Corporate Office.
We look for Sales Associates who are passionate about helping customers and love working in a fun, fast-paced retail environment. Our Sales Associates help us show patrons they're our #1 priority by maintaining a high level of customer service.
Sales Associates are critical to our success because they not only help make our stores a clean, friendly shopping environment, but also engage customers and help them find the perfect item for themselves or to give as a gift. From organizing product on the store floor to ringing customers up at the cash register, Sales Associates drive the success of our retail stores throughout the shopping experience.

Receiving and Warehouse Associates
Our Distribution Center is the hub of all the products we carry, which offers a dynamic, flexible environment that plays a critical role in the success of our company. From picking and shipping Internet store orders to receiving and sorting new arrivals, our Distribution Center Associates are quick thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Distribution Center Associates must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to push, pull or lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
Located at our headquarters in Lenexa, KS, our corporate team is made up of highly skilled professionals who are crazy about sports. We live, breathe, eat and sleep sports scores, rankings and brackets! We’re always looking for talented individuals to fill roles in Accounting and Finance, Buying and Procurement, IT, Marketing, and Store Operations. We look for individuals who are driven, innovative, bold and creative with a passion for all things sports.
Seasonal and Temporary Positions
At Rally House, we strive to be the first store open with hot market merchandise on our shelves. In order to make sure we’re fully prepared for tournaments, championships and holidays, we hire seasonal and temporary associates to back us up. Both our retail stores and Distribution Center have options for seasonal and temporary positions during peak selling periods of the year.
