Retail Store Returns and Exchanges
Rally House gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless and undamaged regular merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase with original receipt. Returns may be made at any Rally House or Kansas Sampler location. All we ask is that the products are in the original condition that you purchased them and in the original box/packaging with tags on them.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Refunds for cash purchases exceeding $50.00 may be made with a company check or placed on the customer's credit card as the store may not have adequate cash on hand. Refunds for purchases made by check will be made by company check.
Customers that purchase items online and wish to return or exchange merchandise at a local Rally House store are allowed to provided that they follow the same policies above and bring their order receipt to the store.
For orders placed online and paid through Paypal, items must be shipped back to the Rally House Distribution Center to receive a Paypal credit. (See Online Returns and Exchanges below.)
Special event merchandise is available for exchange or store credit within 30 days of original purchase with original receipt. Special event merchandise is defined as merchandise focused around a specific, dated event. For example, 2012 Big 12 Championship, 2012 Final Four, 2012 Graduate, etc.
Online Returns and Exchanges
Rally House gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone, in-store or online for full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. Customers wishing to return items purchased at a Rally House retail store with a credit card may do so by including the original receipt. The process is simple and hassle free:

Click here to generate a shipping label from UPS. If you use this label, we'll deduct $5.99 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, Rally House will cover the shipping. To find your nearest UPS store, click here.
If you're returning from outside the U.S., or don't want to use our label, please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable as we cannot be responsible until it reaches our warehouse. Send it to us at:

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 5 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit, minus the return shipping amount, will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
* $5.99 Return Shipping Charge will be subtracted from your refund amount before the refund is applied to your credit card.
