How do I create an account?

To create your account, click the LOGIN link located at the top of our site. Enter an e-mail address and password in the New Customers form to the right of the page, then click the red Create Account button. Once you enter your contact information, you're all set!

How do I log into my account?

To access your account, click the LOGIN link located at the top of our site. Complete the Return Customers form to the left of the page, using the e-mail address and password you chose when you created your account. Then click the blue Login Now button.

I forgot my log in information/I can't log into my account. What do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your account, click the help link located below the Return Customers login form. You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you used when you created your account. Your password will then be sent to your e-mail account. If you no longer have access to your e-mail account or if you have other login problems, please call us at 1-800-645-5409.

How do I update or change my account information?

To update or change your account information, click the My Account link located at the top of our site. If you have not logged in, you will be asked to do so. You will then have access to change your login information, address, and/or wish lists.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Rally House and Kansas Sampler use UPS Standard Ground Shipping. For domestic orders, shipping takes one to four business days. If you need your order right away, we also offer UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS Next Day Air for an additional cost.

How much does shipping cost?

Rally House and Kansas Sampler use UPS Standard Ground Shipping. Each order ships for flat fee of $4.99, no matter how many items you order! If you need your order right away, we also offer UPS Next Day Air Saver ($19.99) and UPS Next Day Air ($29.99).
