Charlie Hustle Kansas Jayhawks Mens White Script Varsity Jacket Track Jacket

Didn't receive my full order.

I was given a full inventory slip with two items that were marked as inside packing slip. However I only received my t shirt and not my Charlie hustle White Jayhawks script jacket. This is very disappointing and I have tried to contact Rally House by telephone calls, texting and email. I was billed fully for only partial order and nobody seems interested in correcting my full order. I really thought that Rally House was a reputable business with good business sense and ethics. I will be exploring other options in getting this matter resolved quickly. I am extremely disappointed in sales and service as automated telephone service makes it seem as though I have been scammed by Rally House. And yes I still have my original packing slip.
