Adorable hat....for a child

I ordered this hat for my 18 year old nephew. He loves fun hats and is going to start at MU next fall. I was so excited for this to get here and when it did I almost laughed at loud. There is just NO WAY it is made for an adult even though it says that it is for adults. It is so small. I tried it on but I have a kinda big head so I made my niece try it on. It was so tight on her head it was uncomfortable. Im going to take it back to the store sometime this week. Just a major inconvenience during the holidays.
