Tight sleeves

I love the colors and look of this shirt but the white rings on the sleeves are SO tight. My arms aren’t big by any means, but the arms are so uncomfortable that I don’t even know if I will be able to wear the shirt. I’m disappointed because the the rest of it is soft and flows and a good color.
Would you recommend this product to a friend? No
