Wrong Item

I bought this shirt for my daughter and it is adorable, but it is not short sleeve. After calling to report the wrong item, they sent me a new one but it was also long sleeve. I then took both back to the store in person and found out the item number was correct and a short sleeve version was not available. Although she liked the shirt a lot, it will not be worn until fall :(
