RETAIL STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Rally House and Kansas Sampler gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless and undamaged regular merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase with original receipt. Returns may be made at any Rally House or Kansas Sampler location. All we ask is that the products are in the original condition that you purchased them and in the original box/packaging with tags on them.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Customers that purchase items online and wish to return or exchange merchandise at a local Rally House store are allowed to provided that they follow the same policies above and bring their order receipt to the store.
For orders placed online and paid through Paypal, items must be shipped back to the Rally House Distribution Center to receive a Paypal credit. (See Online Returns.)
Special event merchandise may not be returned but can be exchanged for similar special event merchandise. Clearance items cannot be returned. Any order receipt must accompany an online purchase in order to be eligible for in-store return. Merchandise returned without original receipt is eligible for store credit only at the lowest selling price. To receive store credit/exchange when returning without original receipt a valid government-issued photo ID will need to be provided.
Due to sales demands, we are unable to process exchanges through our Distribution Center. You may return your item per the below instructions, and reorder at your convenience.

Click here to generate a shipping label from UPS. If you use this label, we'll deduct $5.99 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs**. If the return is our fault, Rally House will cover the shipping. To find your nearest UPS store, click here.
If you choose not to use our shipping label, please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable as we cannot be responsible until it reaches our warehouse. Send it to us at:

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 5 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit, minus the return shipping amount, will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
*Manufacturer direct products are subject to a re-stocking fee. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-645-5409 prior to returning.
**$5.99 Return Shipping Charge will be subtracted from your refund amount before the refund is applied to your credit card.
