In-Store Returns

Rally House gladly refunds purchases accompanied by a receipt that are unworn, unwashed, odorless, and undamaged merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund within 120 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

For purchases without a receipt, items must be in unworn, unwashed, odorless, undamaged and have the original box/packaging and tags. Purchases without a receipt are eligible for exchange only at the lowest selling price. Customers will need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID when returning an item(s) without a receipt.

Food may be returned within 120 days of purchase if unopened, not expired, and accompanied by a receipt. If the food is defective for any reason, it may be returned.

Opened face masks are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized Jerseys are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customer’s name, e-mail, and zip code will be needed for all refunds and exchanges. A manager will approve all returns.

All mailed in returns without any gift recipient information will be processed for a refund to the original form of payment.

Take it to a store

  1. Bring your items to a store to avoid shipping costs and delays.
  2. Make sure to bring your order number, found in your Order Confirmation email, for easy lookup.

Ship it back

  1. Use the form below to create a shipping label. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  2. You must include your order number, which can be found on your Order Confirmation email, when completing the form.
  3. Pack item(s) with a copy of your Order Confirmation email and affix Shipping Label to packaging. If returning multiple items with different individual return locations, pack all of the items in a single package, and ship to the nearest location.
  4. Make sure no other tracking labels are showing.
  5. Drop it off at your nearest Post Office or schedule a pickup here.
  6. Don't have your Packing Slip? Click here to login to your account.
  7. When we receive your return, we will issue you for a refund on the items returned, minus shipping costs.
