Take a picture and email it to orders@rallyhouse.com along with your order number and the item you were expecting. Our customer service team will get back to you within two business days with a solution.

*Special order or direct from manufacturer shipped items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Please see your packing slip for vendor specific return instructions.

**If your item was given to you as a gift, you can request the refund be given to you in the form of a Rally House gift card. Original shipping charges are not eligible to be refunded. Please note that some financial institutions take 2-10 business days to post refunds. Use of gift cards or in-store credit constitutes acceptance of the card terms and conditions. The card contains value which may be only used to purchase goods or services at Rally House or Kansas Sampler locations, and online at www.rallyhouse.com. Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. The card may not be redeemed for cash, unless required by law in the state in which it is sold. Card is not reloadable.

*** Returns without the original receipt or the transaction found must be in unworn, unwashed, odorless, undamaged and have the original box/packaging and tags. These can only be exchanged at lowest selling price. We will not take back the items without receipt or verified transaction. Customers will need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID when returning an item(s) without a receipt. A manager will approve all returns.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Cash refunds require that there be adequate cash available. In instances where there is not enough cash then a gift card will be offered. A manager will approve all returns.

Customers that purchase items online and wish to return or exchange merchandise at a local Rally House store are allowed to provided that they follow the same policies above and bring their order receipt to the store.

Online purchases returned in-store are subject to the same return policy. An order receipt must accompany an online purchase in order to be eligible for in-store return. Merchandise returned without original receipt is eligible for exchange only at lowest selling price within the last 120 days.

Special event merchandise will follow the standard return policy. Return of special event merchandise must be prior to the next event. Special event merchandise is defined as merchandise focused around a specific, dated event. For example, Bowl Bound, 2019 Final Four, 2020 Conference Champion, etc.
