2006 - Present

Updated in 2006, the current Jayhawk logo features many of the same elements of the famous 1946 Jayhawk, but with an updated typeface. The 2006 Jayhawk includes the KU monogram with Trajan font, which was designed to simulate the Trajan landmark in Rome. Unique Characteristics of this Logo: Trajan font inside the Jayhawk; Jayhawk can face either direction, unlike previous Jayhawks that faced to the left.

logos fade quickly

Sturdy glass but recommend washing by hand as Jayhawk logos fade with dishwasher use. Wonder if newer glasses have improved?
