Purchased as a gift and they loved it! The quality, style, price was great!

I bought two of these tumblers. One arrived cracked. I emailed Rally house 3 times and had no response (other than the automated replies). I was in the process of disputing the charges when the replacement came. I'm satisfied with the product and the result. I just wish I had known a replacement was on the way. I'd have never made a claim with PayPal if I'd have known they were going to send out a new one. Know that Rally House made it right. They just don't communicate... at all. The tumblers themselves are great. This is going to be a great gift.
