Thank you for promptly correcting error
Initially I was sent the wrong shirt in error. It was a Bearcat shirt for a toddler. I followed the instructions I was given to email Rally Sports. When I didn�t get a response in a couple of days I called. And I do understand it was a very busy time. The gentleman I spoke to took immediate action. He emailed the return label and did rush the order. I received it A couple days later on Christmas Eve. I do appreciate that. My son was extremely happy with the shirt since he is an avid Bengals fan and was wearing it when they clinched their division. Errors do happen. Thank you for the immediate action and response.
