Broken Mug

I ordered 2 Hawkeye coffee mugs and when the USPS delivered them 1 was broken. I called Rally House and they requested pictures of the broken mug. I obliged and sent them immediately. An order had been placed already to replace the broken cup. It arrived within a couple of days. Great customer service!
